Rebbi Sholom Dovber Schneersohn (Rashab, 5th Admor Chabad): 32 lithographed pages (33 x 23cm) of the Rebbi's sermons (1901) handwritten by one of his students selected to transcribe, dated at the top of each (Erev Rosh HaShana 5661, 2nd day of Succot 5661, Simchat Torah 5661). These would have been brought to print in the series "Sefer HaMa'amarim & Sichos". Some pages have post-print handwritten corrections and some pages have been stamped by the bilingual Eng/Heb oval cachet of Chabad's "Yeshivath Torat Emeth | Jerusalem Palestine" - this post 1920-21, as est. that year in J'lem. Most pages stapled together; some with creased edges & peripheral tears. Rare, possibly unique in this form.

Original mezuzah parchment from Yeshivat "Etz Hayim", c. 19th to early 20th C. Purchased by the consignor from a former member of the Yeshiva staff who told him that the parchment in its present frame was displayed such at the Yeshiva at some point prior to being sold. Yeshiva originally est. in 1841 (by Rebbi Shmuel Salant) & its studies were held in various rooms throughout Jewish Quarter of Old City; only in 1857 were its studies held in organized rooms near the 'Hurva' Shul; expanded to Jaffo St. in 1908. Its uniqueness was est. of continual learning framework from early age to post-marriage & division of classes by abilities of its students (unlike traditional 'cheder').

Waloch" & signed by Rav Tukachinsky (1872-1955) + stamped by org's illust. cachet ("Palestine") w/printed blessing to the donor. The Rav was one the greatest J'lem Rabbis in the pre-State generation & Rosh Yeshivat 'Etz Hayim'; married to a daughter of Rabbi Shmuel Salant (Chief Rabbi of J'lem) & a pupil of his; helped found the "Vaad Leumi" of the Yishuv & wrote the "Luach Eretz Israel" calendar w/halachot per 'Minhag Yerushalyim'. Rabbi Nechemia (Nathan) Lamport: front cover of "Lamport's Free Loan Foundation" (Keren Nechemia) of Jerusalem; on inside cover handwritten account number & holder's name (Rav Yosef HaLevi Kirschenboim) + 2 transactions from 1934; the cover is torn part-way w/vert. fold. The foundation was founded a year after Lamport's (1854-1928) death; Abraham Nehemiah was a working & studying Haredi, who earned a living initially from peddling and maintaining a junk yard, then from real estate & textiles; became key figure in Jewish community: sexton of a Shul, 'mohel', president of congregation, then President of Rabbi Elchanan Theological Seminary (REITS) and key fundraiser. One of his 'Gmilut Hasadim' in J'lem was headed by Rav Avraham HaCohen Kook & mercural Rav Yosef Lifschitz.
